We offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy from the date your order is delivered.

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged upon delivery, or you receive the wrong item, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days.

Eligible for Return & Exchange

Your request may be approved if:

• The item has a manufacturing defect.
• You received the wrong product.
• The item was damaged before reaching you due to our error.

Return & Exchange Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All price tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and freebies must be included.
• A valid order number or purchase receipt is required.

After your request is approved and the item is received, exchanges are usually processed within 7–10 business days, subject to stock availability.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• Requests made after the 30-day return period.
• Products showing signs of wear, washing, or misuse.
• Items that have been altered, damaged, or tampered with after delivery.
• Missing original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, or promotional items.
• Sale, clearance, or discounted products.
• Incorrect size selected by the customer.

• Slight color or texture differences caused by screen settings, photography, or lighting.

Size Selection

Please review our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

As many of our products are available in limited quantities, BFL Wear cannot guarantee size exchanges for orders where the incorrect size was selected by the customer.

We strongly recommend checking the size chart and product measurements before purchasing.

Product Color Disclaimer

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, mobile screens, and photography lighting.

These minor variations are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

• An approved replacement is unavailable due to stock limitations.
• A return has been approved and a refund is deemed appropriate by BFL Wear.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
